Which legal entity operates the service
FINAI is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and establish an account. Its complete legal designation, its corporate structure, its registration details and the name of its parent organization are included in the client agreement provided during account setup, and can be obtained separately via the process outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain operations - infrastructure management, payment settlement, market information, client verification systems - are delegated to qualified external partners under formal contractual arrangements. The categories of external partner engaged, and the manner in which your information is used by them, are outlined in our Privacy Policy. This page does not disclose the identities of external partners.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
All accounts undergo validation prior to any deposits, trading activity or fund withdrawals, consistent with the identity verification and anti-money laundering procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Regulatory screening based on sanctions and risk factors, continuous monitoring of account activity, internal review protocols and data retention in accordance with legally mandated timeframes.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Data is handled under a specified legal permission, held no longer than required for its purpose, and safeguarded through login restrictions and encryption for data in motion and at storage locations.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
In cases where a region establishes more rigorous standards than described above, residents of that region are subject to the higher standard.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Regions in which providing this class of service to non-professional clients would require regulatory licensing that we do not possess.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
No information presented on this website targets, or intends to reach or be used by, persons situated in any area where doing so would breach legal requirements. Entry to this website from a restricted region does not grant authorization for service access. Should your location change to a restricted region while you possess an open account, you are obligated to notify us - your account may be subject to limitations or termination with funds restored to you.
What FINAI is not
Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.

How to request corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Details regarding the managing organization and its administrative information.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Use "Regulatory documentation request" as the subject.
- 02
Identify yourself
Identify yourself as either a current account holder (with the account email) or prospective user, and specify which materials are needed.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Concerns about our regulatory standing, our risk management procedures, or complaints requiring escalation should be routed to our compliance contact rather than standard customer assistance.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Send via the equivalent channel and label it "Complaint". You will get a receipt, case reference and estimated response period. Should the resolution prove unsatisfactory, your reply will outline the escalation paths accessible to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of FINAI in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
